Size of the painting: 23x30 cm (paper size. This includes a bit of white space around the artwork).
Portrait of your cat, simple colored background: 350€
Price for a portrait of your cat + 1 character, simple colored background: 550€
Delivery via DHL is extra, to be estimated depending on your location (please note I can’t be responsible for the erratic custom fees at the moment:)
Process:
we discuss via email about your wishes, colors, inspiration pictures, photos of your cat, details of her/his character that you would like to see in the portrait. Please note that this won’t be a full realistic picture, but an artistic interpretation of your cat :-) You can see lots of exemples of my cats portraits here: https://www.agathescats.com/gallery or here: https://www.instagram.com/agathesinger/ Usually I represent cats with monocolor or bicolor for the fur, that can include colored spots, dots or stripes pattern.
I will send you a first proposal of black and white sketches to discuss all details together. 1-2 rounds of amends are proposed if needed.
After your approval I will send you a colored digital sketch, to agree together on the colors for the artwork. 1-2 rounds of amends are proposed if needed.
Last step, the painting! Please keep in mind that colors will be giving a different energy on paper than on screen - but the handmade result will be beautiful. There will be texture, nuances and beautiful imperfections that will make all the authentic charm of the painting. I’ll send you pictures of the process/progress if you wish.
Extra digital version: if you wish to receive also a digital version of the painted artwork, a 100€ fee will apply for the original format (23x30cm at 300dpi) or 150€ for a bigger size (up to x4 times the original size).
Right of use/copyright: please note this artwork will be licensed for your personal use only, and cannot be used for advertising, promotional, or profit purposes. I’d be happy to discus such copyrights fee together if needed. I won’t use be using the artwork myself, it will be entirely private to you.
